You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. o9bit also reserves the right to suspend or close accounts without prior notice in cases of serious violations. Any valid balance remaining at the time of account closure will be refunded after the verification process is completed. Bonus-related funds may be forfeited if the associated conditions have not been met. Relevant clauses of these Terms & Conditions will remain in effect even after account closure.
